As the cold weather approaches, you may find yourself closing the windows, turning the heating on, and drying your washing inside. While this may seem the most sensible option for the time of year, ventilating your home prior to viewings can make the world of a difference: drying out the damp air and removing any musty or unwanted odours will leave your home feeling fresh and welcoming to any new visitors.
Have autumnal kerb appeal
Your home’s kerbside appeal is what will initially draw in potential buyers. Give your home exterior and autumnal refresh so that your buyers will feel immediately welcomed. First, remove any fallen leaves to declutter, then ensure your windows are free from any grime.
