Coronavirus (COVID-19) Guidance

Keeping you safe and moving.

Viewing Properties

Before you visit

Research the area and the property beforehand. You could do this by using Google Maps or simply looking at the agent’s website.

Take advantage of a virtual tour and videos. Taking a virtual tour will give you a great insight into the property and will help you establish whether it’s a property you would like to seriously consider.

Speak to the agent or seller beforehand using a video chat such as Facetime, Zoom, or WhatsApp to see the property layout without having to leave the comfort of your own home.

By following these steps, you can prevent taking unnecessary travel and minimising the need for physical viewings to only the most suitable homes. Once you’ve complied a short list, it’s time to go see these in person.

Physical Viewings

Before attending a physical viewing, have you shown any signs of COVID-19? If so, please stay home (please don’t be offended if our agents ask, they’re just trying to keep everyone safe).

Although masks are not mandatory, if you’re able to wear one, we would encourage that you do to minimise the spread of the virus. Please be aware these will not be provided by the agent or seller.

If you’re able to socially distance, we suggest doing this to minimise contact.

We also encourage sanitising your hands before entering the property as well as minimising touching doors or cupboards. Please note our agents will be unable to provide hand sanitiser.

Thanks for thinking of us and continuing to keep yourself and others safe and well.
