easyProperty is a hybrid estate agency. This means that we offer the expertise of a high-street estate agent from the comfort of your home. With us, you can get your property on the market in 7 simple steps and sell your home the easy way. Start with the website using our online system to book a free home valuation. Opt in for an instant online valuation or choose to meet your property expert online at a time that suits you.
Next, you need to select a fee package and decide whether to pay now or later or split your fees. All of our fee options are inclusive of VAT and designed to give you the freedom and flexibility you need when selling your home. Once you are ready to put your property on the market, we will arrange for professional photographs to be taken, floor plans to be drawn and property listings to be put together. Your property listing will be live on our own website, Rightmove, Zoopla, and Boomin for maximum exposure. Our online portal will allow you to stay informed and see the number of viewing requests, feedback and offers on your property.
easyProperty offers three fee packages inclusive of VAT, allowing you to pick and choose the services you want. Our payment options include ‘Upfront’, ‘Split’, and ‘No Sale, No Fee’; regardless of the fee you choose, our services include:

- Property listings on Rightmove, Zoopla, Boomin and easyProperty
- Professional advertisement, including photos and a floorplan
- 24/7 dashboard access
- A ‘For Sale’ board
- Support from start to finish
We also offer optional promotional and legally required upgrades to help you market and sell your property quickly, this includes:
- Advertising your property on Rightmove’s Featured and Premium Property Listings
- Expert Viewing (this includes virtual viewings)
- Boosted marketing pack, including a video trailer and Matterport tour

- Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)
