Once you’re an official easyProperty partner, you’ll have your own area of postcodes covering approximately 50,000 properties to work in. You’ll receive all of the training, marketing and technical support you need to help you. You can also look forward to the following:
- Personal and area profiles where buyers and sellers can book appointments directly with you (all at times that suit you)
- Having your tech set-up ready from the moment you join us (including automated anti-money laundering checks and Trustpilot reviews)

If you’re looking for a larger territory, the cost of the franchise will be higher as you cover more areas and take on additional licences. If you’re looking to buy into an estate agent franchise, you’ll probably be wondering where you’ll be working. Here at easyProperty, we’ll consider all areas as we see ourselves operating across the UK to make moving easy for all! You’ll have your own area of postcodes to work in, so you’ll become well known in your locality. Typically, our partners will operate in areas they know so they have a good knowledge of the market and what it’s like living in the neighbourhoods. You’ll be able to let us know the territory you wish to work in and we’ll try to make it happen.
