What do you love about your area/town/city/village? 

Slough is famous for its growing trading estate and job opportunities. It has a multi-cultural community bursting with diversity. Family-friendly amenities- never a dull moment with lots of fun activities for the whole family. Slough has outstanding schools and excellent transport links into London.

What type of estate agent are you aiming to be and what will you do differently?

My aim is to win the hearts and minds of our clients through my honest, caring, and sincere customer service. I don’t just want to add names to my client database, but want to get to know my clients and customise my services to help them in their home buying/selling journey.

What are your ambitions for your business?

I want my business to stand out because of its great service underpinned by choice, transparency and simplicity.

Being available and reachable, open communication, knowing your customer wants and needs, positive attitude and providing innovative resources.

Customer satisfaction is the key priority. The key to good customer service is building good relationships with your customers and providing them with a friendly and helpful atmosphere. I am simply trying to give customers a great experience that will leave a lasting impression- an experience they will remember and share with family and friends.
