About Richard

What attracted you to easyProperty? The ability to use the very best technology to enhance the customer experience, which usually only large Estate Agents could afford, whilst remaining independent and able to work in the way that we feel suits our business and ambitions. Once contact was made with easyProperty, we were struck by the sincerity and good intentions of all those within the company. Finally, it was easy to see how, through the use of easyProperty training, experience, and particularly the technology available to us, we could genuinely offer a better service than probably every other agent. What do you love about your area/town/city/village? The community spirit, particularly when outsiders are unfairly critical of the town. The beautiful parks, history, and most of all, the unapologetic multicultural melting-pot, which Luton is famous for and celebrates in the most authentic fashion. What type of estate agent are you aiming to be and what will you do differently? We want to be known as an agent that acts with integrity and transparency at all times, whilst having the expertise to sell properties quickly and at as close to the asking price as possible. What are your ambitions for your business? To be the most highly rated and largest Estate Agency in Luton. Why do you think home sellers and buyers will enjoy working with you? We pride ourselves on being honest from the moment of valuation to completion, keeping both vendors and buyers updated throughout the process, whether it be good or bad news that needs relaying. All this is done in a personable, friendly, and professional manner. What does good customer experience look, sound, and feel like? Good customer experience looks professional in both user interface and personal appearance, with ‘smart-casual’ being the dress code, and a vibrant, easy-to-use online dashboard. It sounds polite, informal and experienced in the housing market. The experience should make a person feel that their property is our priority, and that we have been honest, through good and bad, from start to finish. The clients should end up with a smile on their faces and excited to come back to us when the time is right. In the meantime, they will feel enthusiastic about recommending us to their own social circles and families. What benefits does your style of business bring to a modern home buyer/seller? We are the epitome of what it means to be a hybrid agent, without compromise. We literally have the best of all worlds: a town centre office, open for the public to visit, without appointment; everything expected from an ‘online-only’ agent, such as 24-hour access to an online dashboard and Mo/myself; every type of fee is available; the lowest prices; most dedicated and honest people in the business; the very best technology to make phenomenal listings. Something interesting about you that no one would know? I have a keen interest in philosophy, and have occasionally written my own, somewhat amateur, thesis.
