What attracted you to easyProperty? Initially, the brand name/logo along with the people behind it. What do you love about your area/town/city/village? I was born & bred in Glasgow and have lived here all my life and most of all I love the people. What type of estate agent are you aiming to be and what will you do differently? The best I can be and give my clients the best service possible to suit their needs & budget. I am all about giving a 5 star service. What are your ambitions for your business? To grow organically to begin with, find my feet and then start ramping up after the first 6-12 months and hopefully expand into further territories. Why do you think home sellers and buyers will enjoy working with you? I will give them 100% and be on hand/accessible whenever they need me. What does good customer experience look, sound, and feel like? Giving the customer what they want, putting them at ease and delivering what you say. What benefits does your style of business bring to a modern home buyer/seller? Keeping the personal touch whilst allowing both parties to connect & manage their own schedule, viewings etc via our integrated user friendly CRM system 24/7. Something interesting about you that no one would know? I used to be a Bhangra & Break Dancer back in the day! Lol
