What attracted you to easyProperty?
I have always worked for big brands and household names and wanted to make sure our foray into running our own business was with another such company that would be instantly recognisable.What do you love about your area/town/city/village?
Castleford has an amazing community feel to it where everyone would do anything to help everyone else given half a chance and are fiercely passionate people. Bizarrely, I am also a fan of the smell of the Malt Kilns, as you know you are “home”!
What type of estate agent are you aiming to be and what will you do differently?
A far more modern and up-to-date agent using a very down-to-earth approach mixed with great technology. More than anything, we are determined to deliver a great service that people will want to experience again and refer to others.
What are your ambitions for your business?
I would love us to be the number one agent is Castleford by market share by the end of 2023.
Why do you think home sellers and buyers will enjoy working with you?
I bring a combination of 13 years experience with a relaxed, no-nonsense approach and available 24/7 by whatever media the client feels most comfortable with, marking me out as different and hopefully enjoyable to work with.
What does good customer experience look, sound, and feel like?
Clients feeling they are kept up to date and not chasing us, being available how and when the client wants, if things go wrong we accept the ownership and put it right straight away and every client is left wanting to repeat the experience is what I think good service is.
What benefits does your style of business bring to a modern home buyer/seller?
Easy to contact and readily available with lots of experience will mean our clients feel relaxed and confident dealing with me/us.
Something interesting about you that no one would know?
I represented my county at cricket whilst at secondary school opening the bowling and got time off school to do so!
