There are two ways you can join the easyProperty family. Local Property Professionals operate specific territories across England and Wales. You can enquire about Local Property Professional vacancies below. If you'd like to own the territory yourself you should enquire about becoming an easyProperty licensee.

Frequently asked questions
How big is one territory?
A territory is typically between 30,000 and 35,000 chimney pots, depending on the size of area you want.
How do you determine the territory?
All territories are broken down by postcode and postcode sector. Our regional business development manager can map an area out for you.
How many leads will I get?
We will always work with you on getting as many leads as possible, but it does depend on how big an area you take, and how pro-active you are in your area.
How many instructions will I get?
As with the number of leads, it depends on how big the area is and how proactive you are. As with all estate agencies, we would expect you to convert 50% of your attended valuations into instructions as a minimum.
How much will I earn?
There is no limit on how much you can earn. You keep most of the sales revenue and earn additional revenue from conveyancing. If you are interested in a license, we will help you map out your earning potential.
What training do I receive?
We will provide full training on the easyProperty propositions, services and products, as well as how to navigate round the website and what the various customer journeys will look like. We will also be offering ongoing face to face training, and you will have access to a training hub where there are a variety of training videos.
What marketing support will I get?
With the easyProperty brand, we get lots of exposure to lead sources as well as receiving a lot of press attention. We will always look at the right marketing at the right time of year, based on our experience of return on investment for you. This will include a mix of ‘above the line’ marketing, as well as ‘below the line’ marketing.
Is there a contract to sign?
Yes, there is a license agreement that you will need to sign to get access to your dashboard. The notice period is 1 year but you can serve this at any time.
Do I have to have Rightmove & Zoopla?
No. We have a central profile for easyProperty and can charge you per property you list on here. Alternatively, you can have your own easyProperty Rightmove and Zoopla profiles.
Who does the viewings, and deals with the offers and sales progression?
As part of your license fee, our platform will deal with many of the enquiries and viewing requests & offers. However, our head office team of negotiators will also assist customers where necessary if they want to deal over the phone or via email. All staff are trained in all aspects of estate agency to be able to assist clients in all types of situations. If the client decides to add ‘accompanied viewings’ to their pack then you will undertake the viewings and receive the associated income.
