The position requires you to work as part of a team, responsible for delivering friendly and informative support to landlords through our telephone, email and live chat channels. This role will require you to be positive, thoughtful; self-motivated and resilient. We receive a full range of enquiries from new landlords and seasoned landlords so you’ll need to provide expert advice about our website, products and processes.

Areas of Accountability:
• Ensure that Landlords receive the highest level of operational customer service
• Meet business targets through individual and team performance
• Take personal responsibility for any property or enquiry that you are assigned
• Use customer feedback to suggest improvements to help drive the business forward
• Ensure that all administration is completed accurately and in a timely manner

• Experience of working in a Customer Service environment
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Determined and highly motivated to excel in a dynamic and challenging start up environment
• An ability to gain Landlord’s trust and confidence
• Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrable ‘out-of-the-box’ thinking
• Proactive
• keen to learn and try new things
• curious – you spot patterns in recurring frustrations of our customers and you’re keen to explore ways in which our processes or product to improve the overall customer experience
• Ability to deputise when line manager out of the office
• Knowledge of, and comfortable using, excel to report on relevant Customer Service-related data

• Experience working with ZenDesk and/or SalesForce software
• Experience of working in a start up
• Experience of working in Property
