What is an instant property valuation
How is it calculated?
We use a variety of data sources to calculate the value of your property. We look at similar properties currently on the market in your area and others that have already sold. We look at what was paid for them, and how prices have fared since then.
How accurate is it?
The accuracy depends on how much data is available for your property's location. If a lot of sales have happened close by, recently, and on similar properties, the estimate will be more accurate.
Remember, an instant valuation is only an estimate and algorithms can’t tell the finish of your property and if you’ve had work done on the property. That’s why it’s always worth asking a professional to value the property in person.
