What attracted you to easyProperty?

The simplicity of the easyProperty brand and how big it could potentially be as a hybrid agent was very attractive combined with Luton being the home of easyJet.

What do you love about your area/town/city/village?

Everything! Luton has a great community, a fantastic football team, and London is on our doorstep.

What type of estate agent are you aiming to be and what will you do differently?

At easyProperty and Click That Property we are totally focused on providing the best customer journey. Our team is constantly learning new stuff about the property industry so we can become the go to team in Luton for everything.

What are your ambitions for your business?

For easyProperty to be a one of the leading estate agents in Luton.

Why do you think home sellers and buyers will enjoy working with you?

We really make everyone feel welcome. We take time to listen and help find the best solution for everyone. Going the extra mile is what we do by default.

What does good customer experience look, sound, and feel like?

When you bump into a customer many years down the line and they still remember your name and they thank you for helping them all those years ago.

What benefits does your style of business bring to a modern home buyer/seller?

It gives them choices, allows flexibility and builds a long-term relationship.
