What attracted you to easyProperty? I really fancied learning something new and a fresh challenge. What do you love about your area/town/city/village? There is great variety. What type of estate agent are you aiming to be and what will you do differently? I am not sure I will do anything massively differently. I just believe that outstanding customer service should be a basic requirement when dealing with people. Everyone has stuff going on in their lives and transactions with service providers should be smooth and easy. This is at the heart of what I aim to achieve every day. What are your ambitions for your business? Massive Growth. 5 Towns provides awesome customer service and always goes above and beyond. As a team Liam, Kelvin and I can guarantee that you cannot get better service when looking for or selling your property so with this in mind we really want to help as many people as we can. This can only create growth if we treat our clients well - then they will happily refer us. Win/Win. Why do you think home sellers and buyers will enjoy working with you? I really care about them. What does good customer experience look, sound and feel like? Like someone really cares and wants to help. What benefits does your style of business bring to a modern home buyer/seller? I want to help as best I can always. Something interesting about you that no one would know. I only work part time for easyProperty. I also work part time at my church as a PA/Admin.
