To tell you about easyProperty, we need to start at the beginning, all the way back in 1995…



When he was 28 years old, Stelios Haji-Ioannou had the idea of creating a customer-focused brand that would bring flight travel across Europe to the masses. In 1995, less than a year later, easyJet launched its first flight. Today, easyJet is recognized internationally, and over a million bookings are made through easyJet.com every month.



In 1998, Stelios launched the easyGroup to create the easy family of brands. As well as easyJet, this includes easyHotel, easyHolidays, easyBus, easyGym, and more recently, easyProperty. Although these brands operate in different sectors, they all offer consumers the same brand values and high-quality service.

In 2014, easyProperty launched with a mission to change the way people buy and sell property. We offer sellers a choice of affordable, fixed-fee packages to sell their home that start at just £295. We've combined the best technology with nearly 400 local property professionals around the UK, and to top it off, our customer service team is on hand 7 days a week.

In 2017, easyProperty merged with GPEA, which includes The Guild of Property Professionals and Fine & Country. Driven by the enthusiasm and knowledge of Fine & Country and The Guild’s estate agents, we relaunched with a new management team and nearly 400 local property professionals across the UK in September 2017.
